 A true DC beauty - Lady Godiva may be new to the modeling game, but she's already making a name for herself up and down the East Coast. This ain't no Snickers bar folks - this is that high quality, rare, expensive chocolate! Come get a taste! Mmmmmm! Chocolate!
Ms. Godiva - tell us about how you got into modeling. This guy sent me a note on MySpace and asked me if I would be interested in modeling. It was shocking because the thought really hadn't crossed my mind since I've been shy most of my life. He introduced me to a friend of his who happened to be a photographer. How old were you when this happened? I will just say it was like a year ago.
Tell me about your modeling career - where might we have seen you before? Well actually I'm still new to the business I do have a website on modelmayhem.com, modelcoast.com, MySpace, and I'm working on my own website. Also this summer I have plans to work with a clothing designer in ATL so look out for the "Candy Wraps"!! What was your first shoot like? My first shoot was scary. I was nervous as hell but I think we got some good shots. Who is your favorite photographer to work with? I have enjoyed working with each photographer that I have worked with so far. It seems each one has their own vision. What's it like living and growing up in DC? I LOVE DC!!! I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I had a great life growing up all around DC from NE, SE, and NW. It's just something about this place that I can't get enough of. In high school were you considered the ugly duckling or were you always beautiful? In high school I was a Tom boy, I played basketball, softball, and ran track. So I really wasn't noticed too much by the guys other than being cool. I've heard you like playing with big, heavy black balls - is that true? Just kidding! I've heard you're quite a bowler. Tell us about your last bowling trip. Lol...........yes I like playing with balls! Actually, mine is pink. I recently got my own shoes and ball so I can look good. How did you do? What was your score? I did ok. We only played 2 games the first game I got 117 and the second game I got 124. You also like shooting pool - right? How did you get into it?
Have you ever hustled anyone playing pool? If so - tell us the story! Lol............well it seems for some reason men under estimate women so I have got a couple of guys before, they thought they were just going to beat me with no problems. I use that to my advantage then I would make a nice wager and of course they will accept.......lol some guys can be suckers!!!!!! Has anyone ever told you that you couldn't be a model? If yes - what did they say was the reason you wouldn't make it? I have heard plenty of reasons, my age, height, my look, the DC area. When did you realize that they were full of shit? Well this is something that I want to do so I don't feel like anyone can stop me especially something that I have my mind set on. Tell us about a time when you felt like giving up on modeling? Well as anyone will find out this business is hard and has a lot of competition so there were times when I felt like giving up, but I have good moral support and I enjoy being in front of a camera so that kept me going. Love v/s passion what's your stance or are they the same thing? Love and passion are very strong to me. I think they differ in a way. With love you can love someone or be in love with someone. Passion is like the fire that keeps the love going. Without passion you can fall out of love. Who is your favorite porn star? Lol..............I don't have one. If we peeked into your porn stash - what kind or porn would we find? None....I have never been into porn. Tell us about the best sex you ever had! Whewwwwwwwwwwwwww.....I don't think I can put that into words!!!!!
Sexually, do you prefer men, women, or both? MEN!!!!!!!!! Without a doubt Overall guys don't mind if a woman is bisexual (Especially if they can share!). Would you date a bisexual man? Why do you think the double standard? HELL TO THE NO!!! I would not date a bisexual man if they like what I like we can't get down. I think men just have a love for woman and to have more than 1 at a time is more than likely all men's dream. Since beauty is only skin deep, what best describes you as a person? My personality, it seems people are drawn to me and I tend to be the comedian around my family and friends. Tell us about the first time you broke someone's heart. I'm not a heart breaker.......lol Tell us about the last time you had your heart broken. Whewwwwww it was sad I really got hurt and it took me a good while to get over it.
The body painting pictures were pretty fun, it was a different experience. Other than that I love to shoot on location I love the natural outside shots. You have some very interesting artistic photos on your website - what was it like posing while covered in all that stuff?Lol.....................it was cool. People tend to say that the photographer enjoyed themselves more than I did. Exactly what were you covered in? Sparkling metallic silver body paint. It was powder mixed with solution applied with a sponge which took about and 1hour to hour and a half. What is a normal day like for you? I get up around 6 because I'm expected to be at work at 7:30. I work 9 hour days and have every other Friday off. I usually leave work around 6 - come home either do my homework or watch my soaps. Yes I'm addicted to soaps! I record them on my DVR and try my best to watch them every day. If not, I just catch them on the weekend. Recently I got an Xbox 360 which is pretty addictive. Right now I only have 2 games - Rock band which is my favorite and Grand Theft Auto IV. I also play spades online. How often do you work out? LOL....................NEVER!!!! I really need to start soon. What's your favorite exercise? Hmmmmmmmmmmm when I get one I will let you know. What do you like to do for fun?
Xbox 360, going to photo shoots, playing pool, bowling, traveling, love going out to comedy shows I recently seen Katt Williams which was hilarious. ell I think I'm a comedian. I love to laugh and make people laugh it makes me feel good to see other people happy. Where do you work? I work for USDA
If you could go anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would you go and why? I think I may go to China for some reason I've always wanted to visit China. What type of modeling do you enjoy the most (fashion photos, swimsuit, runway, sexy spreads, artistic layouts, theme shots, or other) I love doing glamour shoots, theme shoots, and sexy spreads. The glamour shoots just make you feel so pretty it just does something for me, theme shoots are pretty fun you get to be in character, sexy spreads just make you feel sexy like you were just saying hey everybody look at me and I guess you can say I love attention.....lol What was your proudest moment as a model?
I would say stepping outside my box and opening up more I was shy for most of my life. What do you think is your best feature?
What do others say is your best feature? My smile not to sound conceited or anything but I get compliments on my pretty smile often. How does your family feel about your modeling career? They are very supportive of my decisions, my mom also modeled back in her day.
What is the most important thing in your life right now? Being happy and doing what it takes to keep happiness, life is too short to keep living in the past.
On a scale of 1 to 10, how important is sex in a relationship? I would say 8. Bad sex or lack of sex leads to cheating.......lol
What is the sexiest thing about men? I love men with nice teeth and dimples.....dimples just do something to me. What advice would you give to the other models out there that are trying to make their dreams come true? I would say to stay focused and if modeling is something you really want to do then do it. Patience is very important as well you just don't blow up over night. Also keep in mind that abeauty is not the only thing that makes a model.
