Listen and you will learn
Listen cause when he calls you don't want to miss your turn
For His love you don't have to earn
His grasp on your heart is firm

He has changed me to love religious celebration
To be able to jump into any conversation
With no hesitation
And immediately start talking about salvation

As I sit here in anticipation
I can only pray for my nation
With direct contemplation

And maybe I can make a way
To stop at the sign take a left and go down God's one-way
And sure we all make mistakes
But our God is merciful
He will give you a break

You have a choice of going to church or going watch basketball
But listen how you going mess over somebody that knows all
Don't try to play your creator he is the maker of your design
The ultimate, superlative, being who has been here before time

I'm speaking of a man that knew you before their was a you
He knew your friends before you all became a crew
He gives us choices everyday but he already knows what we're going to do

And sometimes it's not your fault that you sin
Temptations are hard and the devil's out to win
He'll use everything against you even your friends or next to kin

Listen I know we all wish for the stars
Wanting money, clothes, and cars
But material desires can only go so far

Listen you made millions of dollars now what you going to do
Its time to go to heaven but you cant take it with you
Listen be a lil bit more patient with the world
Boys be a lil nicer to the girls

Girls stop trying to trap these boys
I know dating is fun but love is not a toy
We must live with divine grace
So before you tell someone to get out of you face

Because of their background or race
Look into their eyes and see Jesus face.
Listen we are meant to be a guiding light
Not to be animals and curse and fight

We are all the same our hearts are all beating
Looking up at the sky thank God we all still breathing
All we need is one book in front our face and by God we will start achieving

We only have one shot
To praise the glorious Man at the top
And do His will before the day our heart stops

So right now I cant help but proclaim
His name
And His reign

Wait is that God approaching

Watch how the sky's opens
Be with Him, yeah I'm hoping
But why is you all hiding
Is it because His rules you're not abiding
Oh you forgot it was Him that was going to be deciding

If you go to heaven or hell
I told you once I told you twice oh well
I'm just joking He is not coming to day so you have one more chance
Your life could be gone in a glance
You better sing, pray, even do a dance

Cause its time for you to realize
That hell is real so if I was you I would immediately apologize
Its time for you to make amends
And forget about those sinful friends
And please when you come to the Lord don't pretend
God has email you better type what you have to say and press send

I know some of you are like I can do what I want to do cause God is merciful
Well if I was you I be careful
Cause it could happen when, where, and now
You not even gone know what happen when your body hits the ground

Now your body is in the dirt like minerals
Think about your whole family is crying at your funeral
Oh but you prankster
Better yet you call yourself a gangster

You still living
You better look up at the Lord and say thank you
You know what, I get you thank you clever
Hustling hard believing that you gone be on this earth forever

Thanking you do some justice by just going to church
Well I want you to know that this poem was never rehearsed
And I'm not trying to throw a curse
But read everything in reverse
Now stop don't you realize
That this is not truth speaking but this is God's verse

Jesus said that who ever has not sinned can throw the first stone
Well I cant lie I was somewhat of a rebel
So best believe I wouldn't be able to throw the first pebble
But God gives everybody a chance to turn his or her life around
Lets just see if you smart enough to see that your chance is right now
