My soul shattered and became glass
Reflecting only what might have
been
Like Shakespeare lifting his quill
Giving life to his words
I
collected the shards of myself
Mingled with blood I wrote with mutilated
hands
"Existence is unbecoming of you
I will be broken no longer"
I
sealed this letter
And met you in an alley
Pressing you against the
brick
Hissing in your ear
"All hail the heartbreaker"
Dropping my
confessions at your feet
Leaving you with pieces of me still intact
